✖✖ Basic Overview,
••Rule 1: If you join this site, we'd like you to know we will be running monthly Activity Checks to insure that members are active. If you have to go, please post it in the correct board and notify Wolf Mother ( immediately.) If you disappear without notice, I will save your things but if you don't return in a two month period they will be deleted or added to Archives.
••Rule 2: Remember this site is based off a family, I want all to get along but it's okay if you don't just avoid confrontation. Nobody's perfect and I wouldn't expect that from anyone! Please respect each others background, and lifestyle. No one is here to judge only to help and have fun correct? So, let's keep it that way.
••Rule 3: Please keep Racism from this forum. It is about shape-shifters not skin color, orientation, or religion. Please be aware if any of these are mentioned in a hateful manner you will receive a warning. After that point you will be banned as we see fit, for how long the staff agrees or the person being pursued feels you deserve.
••Rule 4: CONFLICT! Please if you get into an argument with someone save the contents. If you see someone arguing in the c-box or thread please save the contents and inform the staff. The staff will then decide the punishments for both members. We will NOT tolerate such behavior. It disrupts the site and causing tension.
••Rule 5: Do not beg. It will be seen as cowardice in my eyes. I don't agree with such means. If you want something work for it. This includes high spots, and important roles. Don't buddy up to me to get high spots. I can sense fake intentions from 1,000 ft away.
••Rule 6: Don't try to impersonate staff. We will find you. Hunt you down, and ban you from this forum. It's easy to find your IP sweetheart. I suggest not trying.
••Rule 7: As far as posting goes, we don't have a double posting rule. We do ask that you use that handy 'edit' button in the top right corner, but if you feel that you need to post twice you can. We all know when someone edits a post, so don't try to get away with trying to twist threads that way. It's confusing, even if members know what you said before you changed it. One more thing? Please don't delete your posts. That's what an admin is for, and if you'd like to delete a thread or post you need to ask a staff member first.

✖✖ In Character,
••Rule 1: POWERPLAYING; This is an annoying way people roleplay sometimes. It's basically taking control of the other person's character and writing what it does.
EXAMPLE: Let's say I'm playing Amber, and 'Jen' is playing Mitch. Amber ran toward mitch with a happy grin on her rosy red cheeks. Tackling into the young man's body, she squealed with delight. Mitch then whipped around and pushed her away angrily, making her cry out in fear.
-She cannot post mitch making an action, mitch's rper only can.
••Rule 2: No godmodding. This means your character is invincible. You cannot dodge every attack and not get hurt. You must also give the other character the opportunity to dodge your attack. Fair battling must occur if you feel the person you are rping with is not battling fair then PM a staff member for ruling.
••Rule 3: Perfect characters are boring. As human we even have flaws. No one can be perfect. They have to have some sort of flaw. Whether it be physical or mental. Personality flaws are ideal for those who don't want severely defective characters, but if you want defective, then please purchase such.
••Rule 4: Killing other characters off. In order to do this you MUST have permission from the person who plays the character that you are killing. I would perfer you PM this proof to one of the staff. We will then contact both of the people involved and be sure this is the case.

✖✖ Character Creation,
••Rule 1: Here at PHF, we have a very useful system called 'one character per account'. For every character you make, you must make a new account just for that character. Make sure that you can tell who's character it is from the profile. Also, be sure to post in the 'Who owns Who?' thread. (<--Click to go) At this time, we allow three characters per member. More can be bought with our site currency or as prizes.
••Rule 2: PLEASE FOLLOW OUR FORM. Our form is a nice form and it's called a form so that you may use it. If we see any changes other than color changes to our form, you will be asked to change it back. Otherwise, it's hard to add you to graphs, charts, and alliances.
••Rule 3: Try to allow some of your family/ attachments to live. Not everyone your character knew needs to die. o.o' So, if interested PM other members and plot out some history if you need it.
••Rule 4: You may have THREE FREE character slots, after that point you must go to the shop and purchase another slot for any characters after that point.

✖✖ Battle Tactic,
••Rule 1: Please see STAT INTRO post below this post! It's VERY important.
••Rule 2: Post accordingly, the opponent has the right to ignore an attack if it seems to far-fetched or out of line. If you start floating or flaming, then your post can very well be counted as void.
••Rule 3: Attacker has the right to inflict an attack just as the defender does. At some point both must allow some form of injury from the opponent. Injuries can be as horrid as you want, I allow graphic battling scenes with joy. =]
••Rule 4: Killing your opponent is only allowed if the role-player of that character gives you permission. If you kill a character without permission then your post will be deleted/void. I've mentioned this at least once before in the other rules. It's quite simple. Do NOT kill without PERMISSION.
••Rule 5: Fatal wounds, are allowed, you may injure your opponent based on skill and stats. While the wounds you leave will be fatal you cannot kill the character, but if the character is wounded enough a staff member will ask the defeated character to seek medical attention. The attacker MUST stop attacking and allow the wounded cat to escape when staff demands it.
••Rule 6: High positions. It is EXTREMELY rare for a low ranked character to defeat a high position in battle. Because one, the stats will be programmed higher then those a lower rank. That does not mean that a high position cannot be defeated. Those who roleplay often will see there stats rise. It is quite possible if you post enough as that low position character that you can defeat those higher then you.

✖✖ Stat Intro,
••Skill: A character's natural ability of skill. This skill accounts for speed, stealth, strength and all abilities. This stat is important because it affects all of the others. Skill also is involved with the senses, if you have a low skill count you may not have as good as senses as those with a high skill radio.
••Attack: Rather simple to explain, attack skill is the rate of the blow you can deal. Your speed will play a role if the attack is capable of being blocked or not, a strong attack and speed are great for fighters
••Speed: Fast and elite. Sneaky and sleek, speed helps in hunting and other means. Helps to block attacks of others and make a swift attack that is practically unblock-able.
••Defense: Skilled ability of defense, how well the character takes hits and how well they withstand attacks. The character knows their limits and can deflect certain attacks based on their defense skill.
••Wisdom: All human and Shifters alike have some knowledge. Exploring more/posting more will earn you more experience. Experience will aid in battles and important decision in your pack, based on your age and wisdom higher ranks may respect you and give you a more valued place in the pack.
••Ability: For a shifter this means how well they can shift into their other form. In general this is a high means if a character has a close encounter with death with a high ability, it can mean they may heal faster or have a better chance of survival.
